So what heck is Operation Whiskey you ask?

Well it is the code name of our adventure and personal journey of a lifetime.  “Whiskey” from the NATO alphabet actually standing in place of the term “Wanderlust”.  Simply put, we share a very strong desire and willingness to travel abroad and thrive off the personal growth you achieve from doing so.

Between us, Jo and I have traveled to more than 40 countries across 5 continents.  We are yet to make it to Antarctica and South America, the latter of which is on our next destination list.

So the intent of this blog is to capture our personal adventures across the world, share our experiences with our friends and love ones and finally help our fellow travel community by providing information that will assist in them making smarter, safer and more rewarding decisions around travel experiences.
